📄

PDF extraction

Upload any brokerage statement (Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard) and Court Ledger reads every transaction automatically, no manual data entry required.

✏️

Review before export

Edit, add, or delete any extracted row before a single cell is written. Export to Excel or CSV for a final manual review, so you stay in control.

📊

All six schedules

All your court schedules, plus a summary of account, generated automatically with proper page breaks and print headers.

🏦

Check scanning for disbursements

Upload check images alongside your statements. Court Ledger reads the payee, amount, and date from each check and logs them as disbursements, with no manual entry required.

🔒

Your documents stay yours

Court Ledger never stores your client documents. Statements are sent to our server for extraction and immediately discarded; we never retain the content of what you process.

💾

Excel & CSV export

Export to a fully-formatted .xlsx or .csv for manual edits and verification, or generate a court-ready PDF in one click using your installed Excel.

📄

Page-based processing, no surprises

Each plan includes a fixed monthly page allowance, split into two cheap steps: a quick classification pass that checks whether a page is worth extracting (just 1/10 of a page), and full extraction for the pages that actually contain transaction data (1 page each). So a typical accounting only burns through 20–80 extraction-equivalent pages (for reference, a single account over a 2-year period usually runs about 40–80), even if the underlying statements run into the hundreds. Allowances reset each billing cycle, unused pages don't roll over, and there are no overage charges.

From PDF to filed
in four steps.

01
Upload your statements

Select one or more brokerage PDFs and choose the page range to process. Multiple accounts, one run.

02
Statement and check extraction

Court Ledger scans your transaction pages, including check images for disbursements, and automatically extracts every purchase, sale, dividend, interest payment, and check disbursement.

03
Review & correct

An editable table lets you verify, add, or fix any row. Then export to Excel or CSV for a final manual check before anything is filed.

04
Export & file

One click generates your fully-formatted Excel workbook with all schedules, ready to print and attach to the accounting.

Simple, predictable pricing.

Each plan includes a fixed monthly allowance of extraction pages, with no overages and no surprises. One accounting's worth of saved paralegal time pays for months of Court Ledger.
